call-me-pixie asked: If I have a pattern that requires 100yds of an 8ply yarn, if I were to use the pattern with a 4ply yarn, how much yarn do you think I'd need?

I honestly have no idea. I am absolutely no good at that stuff. I’m guessing you’d need twice the amount, but I really don’t know. Sorry!
